FATHER Christmas is on his way to Northwich to visit as many children as possible before the big day.

He will be touring the area on his sleigh with the help of his friends from the Rotary Club of Northwich Vale Royal and Northwich Round Table between November 30 and December 23.

Santa will also be in Northwich town centre every Saturday from November 29 to December 20.

His tour starts at Hartford for the village lights switch on at 6pm on November 20, he will also visit the Moss Farm area between 4pm and 8pm.

On December 3 he will be in the Moor Park Way and St George's Road area of Kingsmead.

He will be in Davenham for the lights switch on at 6.30pm on December 4 then in Weaverham, south of Northwich Road, on December 5.

Between 4pm and 8pm on December 7 Santa will return to Davenham then he will be in Castle on December 8.

On December 9 he will be back in Weaverham, north of Northwich Road, then on December 10 will visit the Beech Lane, Elmwood Road and Limewood Crescent areas of Barnton.

He will pop to Lostock on December 11 then spend three December evenings in Hartford.

On December 14 he will be in the Croft area, on December 15 he will cover Fullerton Road, Booth Road and Abbey Way and on December 16 he will visit School Lane, Riddings Lane and Landswood Park.

Santa will be in the Parkfield Road, Malpas Road and Marlowe Road area of Rudheath on December 17 then in the Dukes Way, Bishopsgate and Burwardsley Way.

He will be in Sandiway and Cuddington on December 21 and in the Grange Road, Central Drive and Townfield Lane area of Barnton on December 22.

He will finish his tour in the Lavender Drive, East Avenue, Griffiths Drive and West Avenue area of Rudheath on December 23.
