FORMER Cransley School student Kitty Gallagher is to return to the school to show off her bread-making skills.
Kitty left the school last year, and has been following her dream of working in the food industry.
She headed to Ireland to the Ballaymaloe Culinary School, where she has received expert training from established industry chefs including TV chef Rachel Allen.
Learning everything from butchery to baking, Kitty has also spent time visiting local artisan producers and farmers markets to discover new recipes and learn traditional skills.
She will be demonstrating her new techniques and skills when she returns to Cransley School next term to run bread-making workshops for food technology students.
