A PUPPY socialising scheme will be launched with a woodland walk at Arley Hall on Sunday, April 19.
National charity Hearing Dogs for Deaf People is looking for volunteers in Cheshire to care for and train a hearing dog puppy for up to 14 months.
The Hearing Dogs Cheshire fundraising branch will launch its appeal at its annual three mile fundraising walk.
A volunteering team will be on hand at the event to answer questions about the scheme.
There is a small entry fee for the walk, which is open to all ages, and all walkers will receive a certificate and medal.
Registration opens at 10am and the walk starts at 11am.
Non-walkers interested in learning about volunteering are welcome to drop in between 10am and 3pm.
