CLASSIC motorbike and car owners are being invited to show off their prized possessions at The Slow and Easy Hotel in Lostock Gralam.
The Manchester Road hotel is playing host on Sunday, May 3, to a classic bike and car show, which will run from 11am to late afternoon.
The show is being organised by husband and wife Stephen and Sue Lamb from Rudheath, and Emma Beasant, who runs the Slow and Easy with her mum Jacky.
“Stephen and Sue are regulars at the pub, which is popular with bikers, and everyone is welcome to bring along their bike or car, or both, to join in the fun and meet new friends with the same interests,” said Emma.
“There will also be stalls, including cakes, sweets and jewellery, a raffle and a tombola, and food will be served throughout the day.
“If the show is a success we hope to make it a regular event.”
The show is free to attend, and anyone who would like to donate a raffle prize can email Emma on e.beasant@sky.com.
The show is the latest in a series of community events Jacky and Emma have organised at the Slow and Easy since taking over the running of the Punch Taverns pub.
