HOUSEBUILDER Taylor Wimpey says more than half of the homes in the first phase of its Winnington Village development have been sold.

“The development launched less than two years ago, and as a result of the recent high demand from growing families we have released more four-bedroom detached properties,” said Chloe Dunn, associate sales and marketing director at Taylor Wimpey Manchester.

“Winnington Village is in the heart of a really strong community, and the quality of the homes, combined with the availability of our Easymover and Help to Buy schemes has led to an unprecedented level of interest in a very short space of time.

“As the homes at Winnington Village are being snapped up quickly I would urge any interested buyers to contact our sales team as soon as possible.”

Since the development was launched Taylor Wimpey has become part of the community by linking up with Hartford Golf Club, Weaver Valley Cycling Club, the Northwich Festival, Pickmere and Wincham Parent and Toddler Group, Northwich Rowing Club, Sir John Deane’s College and Winnington Park Primary School on various projects.

For further information on the homes available at Winnington Village call 01606 530369 or visit the sales information centre, open Thursday to Monday between 11am and 5pm.
