BRICKS 'in keeping' with the surrounding properties would be used when building five mews homes in Barnton.
The properties are earmarked for land on Oakwood Lane, to replace the existing Methodist church, which would be demolished to make way for the homes.
The three-bedroom properties have been approved previously, and permission is being sought for reserved matters from Cheshire West and Chester Council.
The applicant says five properties is considered suitable for the size of the site, and their size is considered in keeping with the surrounding homes.
It is proposed to use a facing brick when building the mews homes in keeping with the surrounding properties and modern homes to the rear of Oakwood Lane.
