BARNTON Community Primary School pupils will be in Northwich town centre tomorrow morning encouraging people to support the petition for a second bridge at Winnington.
Children have created flyers linked to the campaign by Barnton Parish Council which aims to win a further crossing between Winnington and Barnton.
The Bridge2Barnton campaign has launched an e-petition, which needs to attract 3,300 names to secure a debate on the issue at Cheshire West and Chester Council.
The e-petition has attracted almost 1,000 names in about two weeks, and is being backed up by paper petitions available at businesses in Barnton and Winnington.
