HOUSE builder Stewart Milne Homes is bringing 73 new homes to Rudheath as properties at its latest north west development – Cookes Meadow – launch for sale.
The three and four-bedroom homes will be situated off Cookes Lane, and a show home is due to open next month.
Cookes Meadow is Stewart Milne Homes’ first development in the Northwich area. Work started in April, and seven houses have been built so far.
