FIREFIGHTERS were called to a suspected arson attack in a disused building in Northwich last night.
Two fire engines from Northwich Fire Station were sent to the building in David Street at 9.30pm where they found a fire involving furniture and a building measuring around 80m by 60m.
The crews wore breathing apparatus and extinguished the fire with one hose reel jet. A large fan was also used to extinguish this fire.
It is believed that the fire was started deliberately. If anyone has any information, about who may have started the fire, call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
