ASDA’s new £15 million store in Northwich is to create 130 jobs for local people.

The multi-million pound store is due to open before Christmas, and is one of the key elements in the Barons Quay development, which is under construction.

The jobs which are on offer are full and part-time roles across all of the departments, and anyone interested in applying for a job at the store should visit www.asda.jobs for more information.

General store manager, Katie Coburn, said: “We’re so excited to be opening Asda Northwich later this year, and it’s fantastic that we’re able to offer 130 jobs to members of the community with a variety of positions.

“Customers can look forward to Asda’s usual good value for money on a wide range of quality groceries and convenient food to go.”

Asda Northwich will open from 7am to 11pm from Monday to Saturday, and 10am to 4pm on Sunday.

The store’s petrol forecourt is to open from 6am to 10pm from Monday to Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sundays, with an 8am to 8pm opening on Bank Holidays.
