Every week, the Northwich & Winsford Guardian publishes death notices and funeral announcements from the families of loved ones who have died.

As well as appearing in print, our death notice pages will remain online as a lasting tribute to the memory of those we have lost.

Glenise Noden

The 81-year-old died peacefully surround by her loving family at Blackpool Victoria Hospital on Wednesday, September 27.

Glenise was the loving wife of the late Dave, much-loved mum to Adele, mother-in-law to Jo, a special person to Andrew and his daughter Sarah, and much-loved cousin, sister-in-law and aunty.

Glenise will be sadly missed by all her family and cherished friends.

The funeral service will take place at Carleton Crematorium, Stocks Road, Blackpool, FY6 7QS, on Friday, October 20, at 10am.

Please wear something orange. No flowers please, donations if so desired to New Start Wythenshawe Hospital c/o the funeral director.

Arthur Green

The 94-year-old, of Rudheath, died peacefully at Leighton Hospital on Thursday, September 28.

Arthur was the dearly beloved husband of the late Gladys Green and much-loved father of Colin and Janet.

Funeral to take place on Thursday, October 19, at 11am at Vale Royal Crematorium.

Chris Leyland

Much-loved Chris, of Lostock Gralam, died peacefully at Davenham Hall Nursing Home on September 25.

He will be sadly missed by his family.

Ian Christopher Smith

Following a tragic accident on September 26, Ian, of Church Meadows, Little Leigh, a much-loved husband, dad and grandad sadly died peacefully on September 28 with his family by his side.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 26, at The Birches Crematorium at 1.30pm.

Karen Hough

The 67-year-old, of Northwich, sadly died suddenly on September 27 at Leighton Hospital.

Karen was a very much-loved mum, grandmother and sister.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 19, at Holy Trinity Church, Castle, at 11am, followed by a service at Vale Royal Crematorium.

The wake afterwards will be at Northwich Rugby Club from 3pm.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu of flowers will be kindly received for The Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Tim and the family would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy, cards and letters of condolence and generous donations to the North West Air Ambulance.
