Included in the asking price are 10 car parking spaces within the neighbouring car park and a further 10 currently being formalised.

The online description of the property listing reads: "Northwich Quay Marina was completed in 2014 and has since been operated by the current developer-operator.

"An Agreement to Lease was initially established to carry out the development work, which then converted into the Lease once the marina development was completed.

"The development has successfully created a contemporary waterfront space for the public to enjoy, incorporating a historic slipway linking the area to the historic heritage of boating in the past.

"It comprises 50 Solent Marine pontoons, a modular system providing floating walkways, platforms and finger floating pontoons with timber decking, accessed via two secure gated entrances.

"It is now well-established and currently operates at approximately 90 per cent occupancy, developed with finger pontoons accommodating narrowboats of varying lengths between 45ft and 70ft and can accommodate wide beam boats if necessary."
