Former MyDentist practice up for sale with Town & Country

The building formerly home to MyDentist in Winsford is for sale via an online auction, with a guide price of £210,000.

The freehold of 428 High Street property is being marketed by Town and Country Property Auctions as an “investment opportunity”.

The listing reads: “This semi-detached freehold property which was once a local dentist in Winsford is being sold by auction.

“Would be ideal for a refurbishment to other commercial use or residential (subject to planning).”

The property comprises of a reception room, two features rooms and storage on the ground floor.

On the first floor is a kitchenette, an office, storage and a toilet.

However, the listing states that a new staircase is required in order to access the first floor.

MyDentist previously operated two branches in Winsford, the one now for sale on High Street and another at Queens Parade.

In May 2022 these were merged into one new, larger, premises at Jubilee Way.

This move saw the number of surgeries available increase from eight to 12, while creating an additional six jobs.
